Job Description:

As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our construction crews by performing tasks that are essential to the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with site preparation and cleanup.
  • Moving materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
  • Supporting concrete pouring, finishing, and other construction activities.
  • Operating basic tools and equipment (training provided if necessary).
  • Adhering to company policies, general guidelines, and safety protocols.
  • Communicating effectively with others on the team.
  • Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to challenges on the job.

This role requires physical strength, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • No prior construction experience required, but a strong work ethic is essential.
  • Must possess and maintain basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs regularly.
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team while following instructions.
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with others on the team.
  • Basic reading and math skills.
  • Satisfactory attendance record.
  • Must pass a 10-panel drug screen (drug screen only).

Position Details:

  • This is a full-time, field-based position.
  • Typical hours are 45–50 hours per week but are subject to change based on workload and conditions.
